The weekend before Christmas is all about enjoyment, music and a pre-Christmas atmosphere. At the four enjoyment stations in the ski area, regional delicacies are served with musical accompaniment. Winter sports will not be neglected. A free sports programme rounds off the enjoyment day.

YOUR ENJOYMENT STATIONS ON THE MOUNTAIN AND IN THE VALLEY

  • Rifflsee ski area with Sunna Alm, Pitztaler Skihütte, Rifflseehütte
  • Mandarfen practice lift with Burgerstadl

CULINARY AND SPORTING PROGRAMME

  • 11 am to 3 pm Regional delicacies at the participating ski huts
  • 12 am to 3 pm Local musicians will provide musical accompaniment at the food stations

*11 a.m. Winter hike through the snow-covered Genusstal valley with Pitztal hiking guides.
Meeting point Rifflsee valley station with start at Sunna Alm, Rifflseehütte, Skihütte via the winter hiking trail to Burgerstadl

*11.30 am // 2 pm with snowshoes from the valley to the ski hut

11 am // 1 pm Ski Guiding to the pleasure stations by the Pitztal Ski School.

*11 am to 3 pm Cross-country skiing with tips & tricks by cross-country skiing pro Urban Lentsch
for beginners & pros with biathlon facility
Meeting point Rifflsee cross-country centre and all-day supervised station
Cross-country skiing equipment required

11 am to 3 pm test race course at the Muttenkopflift with the Skiclub St. Leonhard.
For all those who have ever wanted to whiz down a race track!

11 am to 3 pm Children’s fun with the Pitztal Ski School at the Mandarfen practice lift.
Taster skiing on the conveyor belt with supervision by the ski instructors and tobogganing fun on the practice lift.
Ski equipment required, toboggan provided at the practice lift

11 am Beginners’ ski tour – culinary-sporty enjoyment round
Meeting point and start at the Rifflsee valley station. Ski touring equipment required.
For all those who want to familiarise themselves with the equipment and piste on an easy introductory tour.

11.30 am // 11.30 pm Freeride round with Raphael Eiter – Alpine & Freerideakademie
Meeting point Rifflsee valley station
Requirements: Very good skiing skills, off-piste experience and own ski equipment required. Safety equipment (rucksack with beep, probe, etc.) will be provided by Raphael or you can of course bring your own.
