Ski Pass Information from A to Z
Suspension or disruption of operations, reduced operations
Non-use of the ski pass due to bad weather, avalanche danger, breakdown of facilities, closure of ski runs, unforeseen departure, etc. does not entitle the holder to a refund or extension. Use of the slopes is at your own risk. Operating times are subject to change due to snow conditions.
We would like to point out that the use of the season or annual pass is subject to compliance with the applicable statutory requirements and regulations, that these requirements may change at any time and that this use may therefore be limited, reduced or not possible at all during certain periods.
Discounted passes
A photo ID is required to obtain a reduced ticket (children, youth and persons with disabilities) without exception. There are no further reductions on already discounted passes.
Ticket system
a) The tickets are issued on a contactless data carrier (No deposit is charged for the card). The data carriers are reusable and rechargeable. In the spirit of sustainable use, the data carriers can be returned for recycling at the ticket offices or in the ldesignated collection boxes.
b) At the time of purchase, depending on the type of card, the first name, surname, date of birth and a photograph are recorded by means of a digital camera.
c) The data carrier is personal and may not be transferred to another person for use.
d) Single rides for non-skiers are issued as a voucher with QR code and must be scanned at the specially designated designated readers.
Tickets are checked electronically at all feeder lifts and at facilities in the ski area.
Online purchase
The customer’s online order requires the complete and correct entry of all mandatory fields in the booking form as well as the express acceptance of the GTC using the relevant function provided during the booking process. Incorrect information may lead to the withdrawal of the entitlement without replacement and to exclusion from carriage. The customer is obliged to notify any changes to his/her contact details (name, residential address, e-mail address) without delay.
Misuse, exchange and extension
Checks are carried out continuously in the ski area. Upon request by a member of the lift company’s staff, the ticket and any documents required as proof of entitlement to a discount must be presented. The ski passes are subject to an access control system with photo control. Photographs of guests are taken at the turnstiles on a case-by-case basis and are compared with the reference photographs by our staff on a random basis. The photos are deleted after the ski pass expires.
The ski passes are personal and non-transferable. Any misuse will result in immediate withdrawal and will result in a charge equivalent to three times the ski pass rate. In the event of abuse, the right is reserved – provided the legal requirements are met – tto report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Subsequent exchange for another ski pass and extension or postponement of the period of validity is not possible.
Parking
Parking in all our car parks is free of charge!
Piste rescue
Piste rescue operations are subject to a charge and must be paid for in cash.
Refunds in the event of skiing accidents
A refund is only possible in case of skiing accidents for ski passes with a validity period of 2 days or more and does not apply to accompanying persons. Unused days are calculated from the day the ski pass is deposited and not from the day of the accident. A medical certificate from a doctor based in the region must be presented.
Ski pass network
The individual services to which the card entitles the holder are provided by independent operators. The operator selling the ski pass acts for the other entrepreneurs only as their representative. Therefore, only the respective entrepreneur is obliged to provide the individual services and to provide compensation in the event of any incidents. In the case of annual and season tickets, personal data will be stored until revoked.
Loss
A lost lift pass will only be replaced on presentation of the blocking number receipt (till receipt) and on payment of a handling fee.
Flexible ski pass
e.g. 6 in 7 means that you can ski for 6 days within 7 days. The last day of validity is indicated on your ski pass.
Extension day For ski passes valid for five days or more, the ski pass can be extended once at a special rate. Further information is available at the lift ticket offices.

Ski instructors receive a 10% discount on the standard rate for day and multi-day ski passes upon presentation of a valid ID with a current international annual stamp (IVSI required). This discount does not apply to season passes, combined-area passes or tickets that are already discounted.
