IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TICKET PICK-UP ON SITE
- Once you have completed your order, you will immediately receive your booking confirmation by email. To pick up your tickets on site, you will need the automatically generated QR code.

- With the QR code (printed out or on your mobile phone) you can pick up your ticket around the clock at one of our ticket machines (Rifflsee valley station or Glacier valley station). Alternatively, you can also pick up your ticket at one of the open ticket offices!

The online discount is only available at the online ticket shop. Choose your desired date, to see the best discount for your ticket. The earlier you book, the less you pay for your ski ticket!
If you already have a ski ticket, then you have to enter the code on the back of your card into the ordering field, finish your booking and that’s it. Your keycard is activated by itself, when you pass the first turnstile – you don’t have to wait at the ticket counters.
Without keycard you will receive a voucher, which you can redeem at the ticket office or without queuing at the ticket machine in Mandarfen. The redemption also works very conveniently via your smartphone!
